Returns Policy

We really hope you will be satisfied with your quality purchase from Slevins Department Store. However, should you wish to return an item purchased in store, the following procedures will apply.

We are happy to accept items as returns within 14 days of purchase date provided you have proof of purchase (receipt) and the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and not have been used or damaged.

Should we accept your returned item we will issue you with a Credit Note, which can be used in any part of the store and has no time limit. 

Please note we do not offer cash refunds.
